Feeling better with yoga My sister recommended me to take yoga class here because of the problems I had recently. I'm so thankful she introduced me here because it helped me a lot to feel better about everything in my life right now. Kudos to the instructors for being so helpful.
Thankful to my teachers I'm very thankful to the teachers at Bodhi Hot Yoga for pushing me to my limits one step at a time. I can't believe I've gone this far with yoga. Looking back to my first class, I feel so proud with what I have achieved so far.
Practicing for 2 months here I've only been practicing here for a couple of months already and I want to share how professional and passionate the teachers here are. I love how positive the energy in this studio is. Everyone seems to be so friendly and supportive with each other. I definitely look forward to more classes here at Bodhi Hot Yoga!
