Beautiful studio in a fantastic location with ample parking. The mum and bub Pilates class was fantastic for all levels of fitness and Donna was incredible and made us feel so welcomed.

The mums and bubs Pilates classes are amazing! Donna always has a diverse workout that changes every session and creates a class that is friendly and engaging! Both Donna and Kay do an amazing job juggling all the kids and keeping them entertained!
I had a pregnancy massage with Donna at 35 weeks pregnant and it was absolutely amazing! I walked out of there with every part of me (including my mind) feeling so relaxed and calm. It was an hour of bliss and I would highly recommend to anyone.
