Thigh lift, with lipo of thighs, abdomen upper back and knees. First, patient engagement was awesome. From front office, to billing to the OR team and Dr. Frenzel. Very personable and caring environment. The thigh lift itself exceeded my expectations. Now the downside. Results are not exactly what I hoped for from the Lipo. After having breast implants by Dr. Frenzel, the left breast was not aligned correctly, and he stated that after I fully healed that he would correct that and there would be no financial charge to me. When it was time to schedule the surgery to correct this, his staff told me it was going to cost me another $500 and that they had talked him down to this from $1,000. WHAT????
