Went in for the “free” consultation & and ended up paying $50. When I was brought back, the nurse did my measurements and thought I wouldn’t notice/speak up when he recorded my height as 3 inches shorter than my actual height. I can only assume this is because they wanted my BMI to appear higher than it was so I would panic and spend money with them. Setup initial consultation & was told the total cost would be $250.00 with blood work. Consultation was less than 5 minutes without any blood work, I was told I was to skinny for weight loss procedure. The bill arrived & they have charged insurance $2,683.10 after insurance adjustment I owe $316.70. INSURANCE FRAUD ALERT, I have contacted my insurance provider to report Clayton Frenzel P.A. for fraudulent billing.
March 2021 I had the gastric sleeve surgery and October 2022 I had a breast augmentation using BodEvolve and Dr. Frenzel! I would not have wanted to go anywhere else. He is so kind and his work is amazing. Thank you Doc for changing my life for the better.
