The bode movement class taught by sky is absolutely amazing!!! Its a little more intense than zumba which i like because i love a good burn and thats exactly what i got. From my booty to my arms, and core im loved every minute and am definitely going back
Bodeology's space has an energy like no other. Being a member of bodeology has been absolutely super-fantastic each an everyday. My skin is flourishing, I wake up everyday feeling good about my health and my body, I'm learning to love myself harder everyday, while also building great relationships and networking with those who openly embraced me at Bodeology!
I just got out of the Bode Jam class and I am already in love with this place!!!! Not only is it beautiful inside, but the staff are super nice. The class kicked my behind (but in a good way)...it was full body workout. Also, it was tons of fun. The only thing is...I wish the instructor had a headset or a mic I couldnt hear over the music (and I LOVED the music) I will definitely be looking into their other gym classes.
