I've been using Van Drimmelen for years to do appraisal work. Some of the work I ask them to do is very complex. I trust them to always do their homework and provide good quality work. I've dealt with several of their appraisers over the years, including Eric. I trust them all but especially Eric to provide good work in a timely manner. There are few appraisers with the same ethics and moral standards as Mr. Van Drimmelen. He works harder than anyone I know.
