I am blown away by the results of my CoolSculpting and CoolTone treatments. Michelle is a natural at making her clients comfortable and she provides professional, personalized care. I greatly enjoyed and appreciated getting to chat with Michelle about her own journey and experience as a powerlifter during the treatment sessions, which made me feel seen and understood in my own undertaking to achieve my fitness goals.
There are a million different places you can go, but this one stands out. The attention to what you want and your goals and then the follow-up after are top notch. Michelle says it how it is and doesn't try to sell you on anything that is not appropriate for you or that you're unsure about. She looks beyond just the immediate procedure and helps you with looking to the future of your skin care. She's genuine and honest--qualities that are sometimes hard to find in this venue.
