He’s not only a painter, but he’s an extremely combative and arrogant house flipper. We bought one of his houses. He was such an a-hole that we nearly walked away from the deal several times. The workmanship was shoddy, cheap materials, jerry-rigging, covering up things that didn’t work. Committed fraud by striking the home warranty from the contract when we closed.
