Front Desk Clerk is inefficient in getting clients info for appointments. It takes too long of a process to complete this simple task compared to other Dr. offices. Maybe we need to bring in some younger people who know their way around the front desk/office...
Dr Boddie is very thorough, listens well. Top notch!
They left me on hold for over ten minutes to the point that the answering service came on indicating the office was closed for lunch. The doctor and nurses did not follow up with me as the doctor promised. The doctor told me that she or a nurse would call me the next day with my lab and x-ray results, but she did not, so I called the office two days later and one of the nurses answered the phone asking me why I was calling as if the doctor and her staff do not communicate. I had to go to the hospital and sign a release form ... read more
