The doctor and nurses did not follow up with me as the doctor promised. The doctor told me that she or a nurse would call me the next day with my lab and x-ray results, but she did not, so I called the office two days later and one of the nurses answered the phone asking me why I was calling as if the doctor and her staff do not communicate.
