Food was cold and the customer service is terrible. This seems to be consistent at ALL of the Hardees restaurants in Richmond. I have been to 4 and all 4's food quality was terrible. French Fries were cold and portions are small. I went to the one near Staples Mill & Parham Rd. and I had to turn around and go back because the kids that were waiting on me in the drive thru gave me a small fry instead of the medium size I ordered.
