I’ve never gotten ribs so tiny and every one was like this. I’ve been here before and it’s been fine so I didn’t check my food. I didn’t go back because I was just passing through.

I love the fatty sliced brisket and centercut ribs. Always get some toast and make my own sandwiches. They have the best peanut patties around. Also the pimento jalapenos are good too. I am not a fan of their sides at all though. I skip those. Ordinary stuff. I didn't drive from Shreveport for beans anyway. Tea is also brewed fresh so it's always good. Huge pet peeve of mine. It's consistently good. Only had one poorish experience here. Got the wrong brisket.

I just bought a rib plate and it was plentiful and GREAT in taste.

We frequent this place at least 4 times a month drove over from Shreveport , the food is amazing , but the past few times we have been in there is a woman taking our order, she is very rude not only to her customers but also to her employees , we have always noticed the young men working and making sure the food is out , hot and correct only complaint is her ..
