The business is run by a dinosaur who doesn’t use computers. She gives a 1960’s handwritten receipt. Worst of all her lazy installer/husband tried to leave the old curtain rails behind in my elderly wheelchair-bound mother’s home. I showed him where the communal bins were and forced him to remove them. I refused to pay the final instalment otherwise. I am really disappointed by my transaction with Boda. Everything was fine up until the installation. The curtains were installed whilst I was at work, between installation and mid-afternoon (whilst I was still at work) I had three messages chasing payment, not one of them to ask if I'd had a chance to see the curtains and whether all was good with the installation.
