I had an amazing experience at the BoConcept Scarsdale. I was blown away by the design, price, and quality. They did everything to accommodate my visit from coordinating the delivery and assembly to picking out pieces and checking out 3D renders before the order. In relation to design, I consider myself very picky and particular. The cleanliness and modern style was exactly the kind of aesthetic suitable for my taste. I fully recommend anyone who is looking for furniture to come visit this establishment!

BoConcept Scarsdale is now under new management. I am the new owner and I will like to thank you for all your support. Currently we are having a Renovation Floor Model Sale until end of August. I will like to invite everyone to come to the store and give me a chance to show you a REAL BoConcept shopping expirence should be.

terrible customer service – Do you enjoy waiting months for furniture that never arrives? Do you like being ignored when you request a delivery date? Do you like rude sales managers? I had an absolutely horrible experience with Bo concept. I ordered in December. It hadn't arrived by May. At that point I cancelled my order. I've been arguing with them for the refund since.
