Nice looking furniture but questionable quality and unresponsive customer service. We purchased an Osaka sectional a few years ago. A couple of years ago the frame started to sink, resulting in a big dip in the chaise section. We talked to the people at BoConcept Costa Mesa, who advised us to submit a claim. We received an incomplete couch order in July where we were delivered a couch but no legs. The delivery team even let us know ahead of time and that they would follow up immediately with the store but the store was not replying to them - which was odd. After many calls and rerouted calls, the Customer service individual picked up and has provided no help. The store has been no help as well and have never provide guidance or solution for when or how they would deliver legs. Our couch has been sitting on the ground for over 2 ... read more

Lots of over promise and under delivery. They quoted us two months once we ordered and then once they had our money they said four months due to "tarrifs and politics. what an insult. Direct bold face lies. Save your money and shop elsewhere that actually cares about the customer experience
