If I could rate my experience with BoConcept 10/10 I would. Their website offers detailed information which made it easy to decide which furniture would fit in my home and their display room is full of stunning furniture and decorating ideas. Robert was ready to answer all my questions and my sofa arrived early and carefully installed. I am very happy with the quality of my sofa and I’m confident it will see me into retirement. I would not buy from Bo Cencepts again. it has taken 10 mths for the item to arrive; we have heard every excuse for the delay; when the day came to collect we arrived and were told it wasn't ready! Just appalling given the exotic prices they charge. Beware.
