Very exclusive and elegant furniture, accompanied by excellent, high-quality advice from the staff. They quickly understood our needs and wishes. The only drawback was a delay in delivery, which would not have been an issue had we been kept informed regularly about the schedule. After we raised this concern, the team responded helpfully and granted a reduction of the delivery fee.
Robert provided excellent customer service and great advice. He was patient with us as we deliberated over our decision.
