I would not buy from Bo Cencepts again. it has taken 10 mths for the item to arrive; we have heard every excuse for the delay; when the day came to collect we arrived and were told it wasn't ready! Just appalling given the exotic prices they charge. Beware. Process from starting in the showroom to finishing with the furniture choices fitting in our home was seamless. It was well worth working with a designer in our home, choosing the concept layout and colours. Robert was spot on with design choices and colours. Time frames were as expected and the delivery team were careful friendly and professional. We are very happy with our choices.
My experience with Nicolle from Bo Concept was great right from our first meeting, she has a lovely bubbly personality and was very helpful, especially when choosing the right colours and textures to match my home. My new furntiure looks amazing!
