This store has now closed, leaving my deposit gone and having to communicate with the US office regarding delivery (or not) of my furniture (ordered in late October). Tried to contact the owner (Rene Hjortshoj Jorgensen) but no response (nice). The US office is saying the furniture is on a boat but can't provide any details re delivery. Apparently another store will open in Toronto at some point in the near future (uh huh) - brutal. Buyer beware!
This store has now abruptly CLOSED. And we are left with a credit loss.
The best delivery team hands down. Herman 10/10 is awesome sorry if your name is not spelled correctly. Always polite courteous, explains how to use BoConcept furniture . Does a very demanding job daily and does it well. Great furniture worth every penny. The main store office could be better at communicating. This is why 4 star not 5. Communication is huge part of it.
I appreciated Amanda’s styling expertise and guidance in choosing the right pieces for my home and Roxie’s patience with the digital designs and finalizing the order. They are both remarkably gracious, which made the experience all the more special.
