Buyer beware. We’ve used BOCO in 2022 for a $3k job on our fridge that was covered by warranty, We have since learned we’re way overcharged. Fast forward to this month, We Paid Cody for a trip charge to come check out three minor jobs on our RV, he completed one job and said he’d go back and complete the work. He has yet to show back up and ghosted us after payment. Truly disappointing, we’ve been had!
I found Bovo online, i contacted them and ask them if they would take a look at my RV, I told them what was wrong with it and they came out to take a look, they told me it would cost $1,600.00 to fix it which would of been fine but they also gave me a bill for $525.00bucks to for the quote. I believe they are unethical, i paid the $525 and said no thank you as I do not want these guys working on my motorhome. A year and a half ago I discovered my RV Slide was leaking and Boca is the only RV Repair in the area I could find that would fix my RV on the spot as I live in it. They came out and game me a bid of about $3,800. To repair then I asked to go ahead and put a new roof. So the Bud went to around $5,000. After they got it all torn apart they said this and that was going to have to be replaced and they went up to $8,000. My Slide has leaked ever since and they will not return any phone calls!!! I am forever thankful to BOCO for helping me with my refrigerator that quit working! They were so nice and helped me work with my extended warranty to get a new one replaced which saved me lots of money! I only had to wait a couple of days for a new one, but once they got my new refrigerator they came and installed it quickly! Would definitely recommend them again!
Great work they have great customer service, works on everything, explain everything, will work with warranty or insurance, and the end product is better that factory plus if you pay out of pocket the prices are great , they redid are flooring after water damage and it's so much better
