This gym is amazing!!! The workouts change daily, so you never know what to expect. No 2 workouts are ever the same. The trainers and owner are so supportive and provide alternative options to meet your needs. This is my Fit Rage family! It has helped me personally and in my fitness goals. My heart is especially filled on Wednesday evenings when the gym opens up to the area Special Olympics athletes. Working with the athletes every week brings such joy to my life!

Fit Rage is not your average gym. This family oriented, supportive, gym is a place anyone & everyone will feel welcome & comfortable. The coaches are helpful & encouraging; making sure each workout is different & you're doing the moves correctly to avoid injury. There's no other place I'd rather workout. You're not just another client, but part of the tribe.
BOCO Fit Rage is a safe place to learn how to love your body. It is my Tribe! I have been a member for more than 7 years. It’s for people just starting out as well as for those that are seasoned exercisers. Kristen and Carrie ensure that you have modifications if you need it, a shoulder to cry on, or a kick in the pants too lol 😂 when you need it.
