A huge THANK YOU to Gini & Jeff. I called on Saturday and asked if they repair blinds. It wasn’t mentioned on their website but I decided to call anyway. So glad I did. Gini was great and said she would contact me Sunday morning which she did - well Jeff did. We talked about our issue and both of them came on Sunday which was amazing. We had no idea what would look best with our living room picture window, oddly shaped bedroom window, and ginormous slider but the Bockman’s were amazing to work with. They talked us through a few different options and our final decision for all three look absolutely amazing! The customer service we received was top-notch. Jeff and ginny did such a beautiful job on all my window coverings. They use the best fabrics and many different styles and multiple choices . It was a pleasure working with them.
My shutters turned out BEAUTIFUL! The service from start to finish was on point. I received updates on status of my order and installion that kept me up to date during the whole process.
