I, unfortunately, preferred this store to local chains until I walked in with my service dog and Was repeatedly ordered to leave. I don’t blame the cashier who told me to leave. Rather, I blame the owner who taught the cashier that there are no exceptions whatsoever to this rule and is obviously either unaware or ignorant to the Americans With Disabilities Act and the rights that come along with it. Always so sweet and helpful
Ok this store is 10/10! They have everything you need at legit prices. It’s also really well organized and clean / stocked every time I’ve been there. Ivory is also top tier customer service legend. Great energy and absolutely sweetie mode. Would come back here just for her low key but the store is also top notch. If you haven’t been here yet definitely go you won’t be disappointed!
