I can't say enough about them. They were on time and very personable with us. We needed a new system and some duct work fixed and they done it all on one day. They kept us informed of what they were doing the entire time. Highly recommend. So glad we chose them!

Bock Services exceeded my expectations compared to services I have received in the past from other companies. There was a technician at my home within the hour to work on my A/C that was not working. The tech walked me through the process on how to defrost my unit since it was frozen over, this way they could work faster once they arrived. Two technicians arrived at my home and were very courteous and conscious of the well fare of my property. I highly recommend Bock Services. I was working with a home warranty company and Felicia and Lisa from your office were amazing, friendly and SO helpful in helping me with my claim. Jheovany was our technician, and he did a great job - he answered my questions, worked efficiently and cleaned everything up. Great service - great employees.
