Did my oil change Thursday and Saturday morning my car dies and the oil light is on. Filter housing leaking they're denying responsibility. Upon inspection of the aftermarket housing there is nothing wrong with it besides a missing o-ring that your service advisor and mechanic said was not there when the housing was removed. Great price/product. Ended up not needing the part. I called the business and spoke to a gentleman who asked for the order number. He found the order and said that I needed to return it to a specific address which he provided for me. He told me it needed to be in the original packaging. I told him it was shipped in a clear plastic bag with a twist tie which was in plain brown cardboard box with the UPS shipping label only. He said to make sure it was in a bag and to send it back. made an order for a spare part worth about $580, I made an order on the website, for some reason it gave an error, the money was credited, but then nothing happened. There is no order number, nothing. No one has responded to my requests for the 4th day already.
