They inspected my car before I bought it, and said it was fine- however, I have spent over 2k on repairs only a month after purchase. They failed to notice several glaring errors, the most egregious of which was a filthy air filter that would be obvious to anyone that looked at it. They don't know what they are doing.
I brought my car in for a major repair job, trusting that they would handle it professionally. Unfortunately, not only was the service overpriced, but the car has had more issues since the repair than it ever did before. It honestly feels like they caused more problems than they fixed. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a positive experience at this dealership due to their unfriendly and snobby customer service. They don’t even honor their own salesman words when it comes to what’s covered within the 7000 miles warranty he mentioned that’s included at the time of purchase. There are a few things that should have been fixed before we drove it out there, but neglected and then denied. I hope people who read this review would take their business elsewhere.
The service representative Kevin DaSilva provided great customer service and was able to get me in out in less time than expected.
We like the service of each of your people whom I met for last 2 years, but really felt bad as my kids came from their activities and were hungry for something, didn't find any hot cocoa for them in the machine. When we usually ask then the employee says oh sorry we are running out of it. So bad it's toyota and has scarcity of hot cocoa!! We waiting with my kids for 1hr.
