Our salesperson, Junior, was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the finance department was terrible. Worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Let’s break down what happened…. I found a vehicle from one of their sister stores Nucar Honda I had interest in. The vehicle was driven to Nucar Toyota in Norwood where I arrived at the dealership around 6pm. After reviewing the vehicle and test driving it I looked in the service section and the spark plugs and gear oil needed to be serviced. I had an appointment scheduled for a recall for my car. My appointment was randomly canceled and when I went to call to find out why and reschedule I was stuck with their AI assistant who was incredibly unhelpful. When I was fia lly transferred to a person, they didnt answer and I was sent to voicemail.
Sold me a spare wheel for my 2025 Sienna that doesn’t fit, it’s too small. Gave my vin with the order. Would not recommend purchasing parts here, every other dealership I’ve ever ordered from would take it back free of charge due to the error. They will not.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a car from these people if I could give a zero star, I would. They have horrible customer service they have deceptive behavior. I bought a $29,000 car 8 months ago and they sold me a car with faulty brakes, completely overused brakes that apparently I have to already replace and they refuse to pay the $600 that it cost to replace them!!!!
