DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a car from these people if I could give a zero star, I would. They have horrible customer service they have deceptive behavior. I bought a $29,000 car 8 months ago and they sold me a car with faulty brakes, completely overused brakes that apparently I have to already replace and they refuse to pay the $600 that it cost to replace them!!!! Very disappointed for process ! I purchased new car and traded may car ! They told me that I will get 4.99% finance! When I got the first payment, it shows 5.99%! And it has been two months , I m still waiting for my trad in check! It was terrible experience !
They inspected my car before I bought it, and said it was fine- however, I have spent over 2k on repairs only a month after purchase. They failed to notice several glaring errors, the most egregious of which was a filthy air filter that would be obvious to anyone that looked at it. They don't know what they are doing.
I brought my car in for a major repair job, trusting that they would handle it professionally. Unfortunately, not only was the service overpriced, but the car has had more issues since the repair than it ever did before. It honestly feels like they caused more problems than they fixed.
