Went to pickup an online order (couldn’t order over phone because the list price over phone was TWICE as much for the same part. Hours on website/google/everywhere say open until 7PM Monday-Thursday. Got there at 6:40. No one was able to help me. One guy “looked” for my order and said “I dont know, there wasn’t anything on the shelf and they’re closed”. When i asked the hours, he said he didnt know but that parts is “never open until 7” and that they close around 4-5. Absolute waste of my time. No customer service.
Be extremely cautious when buying a car from this store. The amount of the loan they tell you at first is not the same as what they eventually do. Moreover, your down payment can even be wiped out. They don't even give you the contract. In short, be careful when buying a car here.
