I preferred this location when it was Village Nissan. Nucar charges miscellaneous fees when you do service there and doesn’t explain what the miscellaneous fees cover. When I got an oil change and tire rotation, I was charged $11 misc fees. For what? I’m not sure. They quoted me $1400 to replace rear brakes and pads. We made an appointment to see a car at this dealership. They knew a day before we were coming to see this car. This car was so filthy inside and out. I could not believe they showed it to us. Turns out the GM was driving this car himself. Seems like they didn't want to sell it. We got a call a couple weeks later that we supposedly missed our appointment to view it even though we talked to the GM about all the miles that he put it. Awful
