I wanted to provide feedback for the always amazing service that I receive from this dealership’s service area! Today I went for my scheduled oil change and arrived earlier than I expected to. I arrived around 7:35am for my 8:00am appointment. I was expecting to wait a bit due to my early arrival, but to my surprise I was pulling in the service area less than 10 minutes later. I preferred this location when it was Village Nissan. Nucar charges miscellaneous fees when you do service there and doesn’t explain what the miscellaneous fees cover. When I got an oil change and tire rotation, I was charged $11 misc fees. For what? I’m not sure. They quoted me $1400 to replace rear brakes and pads. Definitely will not be getting that work done there. I usually go to my local repair shop, but booked a quick oil change at Nucar online. Disappointing. Also, they have a play room for children.
