I got a terrible oil change at a national chain that could have damaged my car and caused me thousands of dollars in damage. I came here without an appointment because I made an appointment in error at a different location! They were so professional and took my car right away. Found the issue immediately and fixed it at no cost. They even helped me with a write up so that I could try to get a rerun from the national chain. Nucar Nissan of Keene is awesome!
This place has gone done hill in less than 6 months. I went for a service call. They took the guy behind me before acknowledging me. The whole waiting room is different and less welcoming. I need to find another nissian dealership to service my stuff.
Shame on you! Just read the Boston Globe article about how in May Nucar Nissan of Norwood signed a four year lease with a 92 year old woman, who was in poor health, using a Walker, wearing a boot on her foot. She only drove the car home and then wanted to return it but Nucar demanded nearly $4,600 to terminate her lease. The poor woman died in June. This company is a disgrace.
