Worst customer service ever. After they take your money they don't care. After calling David 5 times with no response I get Sonia who at first gives me attitude and tried getting me off the phone. Saying they only had two people in and David is out until Monday. Car went in for an oil changethey found an issue with the new car said they would fix it three days later she says let me look it uo. Comes back and says oh it's done in the bin for pick up. Really no one called and we had no car. It costs people money when they can'... read more

As others have highlighted, they have no walk in emergency availability. My Hyundai engine overheated on the side of the Mass Pike despite service less than 3 weeks ago (later learned there was a leak my regular mechanic missed). I decided to try the dealership instead of my regular mechanic and they said they were all booked with “no flexibility.” I asked when the next appointment would be (I’d be okay waiting 5 days or so AND paying dealership prices if it meant a Hyundai mechanic would look at it) and they said “two weeks... read more
