Misleading service options on their website and bad customer service. My car was saying it needed maintenance (it has ~5,400miles) so I scheduled the 5,000 service option on their website (which was the only option btw). Once I get there the employee rudely told me it wasn’t due for service and that it was 8,000 miles not 5,000 and didn’t believe me when I said my car was giving notice of needing maintenance.
