Good customer service. Poor automotive service. Brought the car in to fix an insanely loud squeaking noise from the wheels and they threw their hands up claiming 'it's a 12-year old car, what do you want?' - brought it to my local garage who fixed it immediately as if it was nothing - "just had to tighten a break pad'....SMH
Be aware that the service dept. does not send in or update any service repair information that is done to your vehicle to Carfax,I wrote a review about a year ago and they responded in the lower section of my review that they where going to look into the matter. Went back in for sevice a while ago and waited for months and they never sent in my service record to Carfax.Be ready to update or to send in your vehicle repair or maintenance record to Carfax on your time.They stopped sending in all service records to Carfax.
