I also would give them 0 star. I had a flat tire on my new 2026 vehicle. This could have been repaired with a simple $45 tire patch, but instead they replaced the entire tire and performed a wheel alignment, charging me $501.66. The tire looked almost brand new, with no visible cracks or sidewall damage, and it wa never droven on it while flat. I honestly cannot understand why replacing the entire tire was necessary. Would give 0 stars if I could. They are scammers. My husband brought our car in and just wanted an oil change. They discussed spark plugs but we had just gotten them done at 90k miles at a different dealership, so we declined. They sent over some potential services via text mid-service, and we declined them all. When he went to pickup the car they charged $900 for the spark plugs.
