I had an egress window installed , exterior waterproofing done , and a brick sill replaced with a stone sill. From the minute I met Armando, I knew that I was dealing with a knowledgeable and professional organization. Call this company only if you want to be lied to. I had Ronaldo at my house who made claims that were not true insinuated that I was a liar even though I've lived in my house for 25 years. He was arrogant talked down to me when I said I didn't have ten thousand dollars to re do my entire basement, and when I spoke to him about what I wanted them to do, he said that would never work and he tried to and unneeded $10,900-$15,000 repair on me. I contracted with Boccia to install an egress window because I wanted the peace of mind of having a company that specializes in waterproofing do this work. The window was not installed correctly. There was a big gap between the window and frame on one side of the window where water was slowly leaking behind the wall in my basement.
