Food took 2 hours to get to our table. I ordered a salad.... Then they forget the chicken on the salad i ordered and they brought out a few crumbs of chicken on a plate. When i asked the manager about it they refused to fix it. Terrible experience. I do not recommend..
I cannot agree more with the previous reviews regarding the wait time on your food! We went there on a Tuesday night despite the reviews on the wait time, because we wanted to give it the benefit. We thought maybe it happened to be on a busy college weekend. nope. The restaurant was not busy. They had a busy patio but inside was 1/2 full. Management poorly designed as they had our server in the small restaurant who also had multiple tables on the patio. I selected Bocca to celebrate my birthday with a party of 10. Our waitress was not attentive. Our food was lukewarm. The steaks were overcooked and when sent back were served the 2nd time basically raw. I was so disappointed. I love this restaurant but will not go back for a bit if ever. I have been a regular here but not now. The manager was understanding and adjusted the bill, but the restaurant was not busy at all....and by then I was starving and did not even get to eat.
