I love the doctor he cares and listen. But could do with out the front desk Rude and it's 2040 on a Friday been calling for refills. Been placed on hold 9 time starting at 830.this morning
Staff is very welcoming, and Dr Bocanegra is very thorough. I have been to many Dr's, and I can tell you it starts from the moment you walk into the office; all the staff is great. very clean and simple looking office, nothing fancy, but how you are cared for makes up for that. My niece is a Nurse and she highly recommended Dr Bocanegra to me.
