This facility was recommended by my gynecologist, who I really like. Unfortunately, cannot say the same for this practice. Called to set up an initial appointment but was told I had to be “approved” first by the provider. Didn’t even know what that meant and nothing was explained to me properly. Filled out necessary paperwork, requested medical records from previous facility, etc. Called the front office to ask for updates, but the woman who answered was so rude and seemed miserable. I cannot recommend Boca Fertility enough!! The entire staff is exceptional from the front desk, to the finance team and to the multiple doctors and nurses that over see your care. My husband and I worked directly with Dr. Peress and our main nurse was Adela. They were fantastic! I have been attending Boca Fertility for exactly 10 years now as a surrogate and have had the opportunity to bless 2 families with 3 beautiful children thanks to this fertility clinic.
