I strongly advise reading this long review. We dropped this clinic in the final phase which was billing due to lack of transparency, hidden fees and poor communication. OTHER BAD REVIEWED USED THE ANOLOGY OF BUYING A CAR. FUNNY ENOUGH I ACTUALLY MENTION THIS TO THERE DIRECTOR MRS. MELANIE, ALSO USED THE EXAMPLE OF BUYING A HOME. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly hit close to home. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, which has caused my infertility issues. I trusted Boca Fertility to guide us through this difficult journey and hoped for a smooth, supportive process. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I’ve been with them for over 6 years. First for egg retrieval when younger and then with my 1 and only Ivf transfer. Currently holding my 1 week old baby girl ☺️ Dr Peress’ precision, knowledge and experience made him the best choice and I’m so grateful I did. Him and the nurses are amazing at what they do. Adela was an angel, always making me feel like I could ask a million questions in this unpredictable journey. I would definitely recommend Boca Fertility.
Avoid avoid avoid! Every single red flag can be found at this clinic. Such a scammy place. Listen to the negative reviews. I wish I did. Guaranteed to be lied to, given the run around, receive surprise bills, and waste your time. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Go anywhere else.
Went in for a semen analysis after my vasectomy reversal and the experience left a lot to be desired. The collection room was extremely hot, I was sweating before I even started. They also only provided a chair to sit in which I found very weird because I don’t know anyone who “collects” sitting upright. I ended up leaving. Would not recommend.
