Called to ask a simple question regarding buying/selling a formal gown and before I could even finish speaking whoever picked up the phone says I'm not buying goodbye in the nastiest tone ever and proceeds to hang up on me!!! Never ever would I recommend such a rude environment!!
I wish I had seen the previous review on this place before attempting to go here several times for a wedding dress. I called the phone number about 4 times throughout the day on Friday with no answer and the inbox of the phone was full so I couldn't even leave a message. I was in the area with my mom and sisters and we figured we would stop by to take a look despite not being able to schedule an appointment.
