My issue is a transponder (to get in through the gate for members) not working and their response. I bought one for my motorcycle over a year ago. It has never worked (the gate reads my transponder, but does not open). They (Sean) initially had me keep returning (about once a month), saying it was going to be fixed soon. The final two times he just got annoyed, only saying he has no idea why. I've asked about the head of security, but was told he knows about it and nothing can be done. My biased opinion. Rank number 4 in the country. And it is the largest country club in the country. I work here, so my opinion is biased, but it is not without saying that we work hard to keep this place looking beautiful. Boca West employees are the best of the best, and this is why it's such a desired place to live. The residents give us the trust and the ability to make and maintain its exceptional beauty.

If your in a car make sure that the resident has called you in because security is to lazy now to Make phone calls. The good thing is there also to lazy to do anything if you just walk right in without a vehicle
