I have left 5 messages from wed to tuesday for a return phone call. My walk in tub has a plastic holder to open and close the drain, also the handle to open open and close the door broke. As of today. 06/27 I have yet to hear from them. Very poor communication.

4 years ago my husband bought us a walk in Tub. We paid 14k for the tub and shower package. They were supposed to install it properly. We had issues with it and waa told it works as designed. Come to find out they use sub par technicians to install the tubs. We had an issue with it with in the 1st few months. They sent out another technician out and it worked for a while.
