If I could rate them a 0, I would. Their level of incompetence is overwhelming. The front desk staff is disorganized, rude, and dishonest. They tried to charge me multiple times for a procedure that they never even performed. Calls do not get returned. Follow-up is non-existent. When I wanted the medical records for my cats to be transferred to my new vet, it was a ridiculous struggle. They continually resisted and stonewalled, and then ultimately lied and said that nobody ever called them when confronted. I can go on and on... read more
RecommendedDr. Carla is amazing. She is patient and loving to both my Yorkie and my mothers yorkie. Our dogs love everyone there and feel. Comfortable walking in the door with no issues. We will definitely always use Dr. Carla. The technicians are also very friendly, the front desk employees always have a smile on their faces when you enter and when you leave. Prices here are definitely the best also. If you are looking for a new veterinarian, you really want to go to Boca Village Animal Hospital and ask for Dr. Carla.

Office is always clean and neat. I recommend it! Eu levo minha cachorrinha no Boca Village desde quando ela nasceu. Dr Tompkins está sempre disposta a responder todas as minhas perguntas, você pode confiar nela e na equipe dela. Eles também oferecem grooming e boarding. Strange how my and other people’s BAD reviews magically disappeared from this site!!!! This doctor wanted to charge me $1,600 for a procedure that Coral Springs Animal Hospital charged me $186.00. This vet sees your pet as a $$$$ sigh ONLY.
