Only thing worse than the vets who don’t really care about animals is the front desk. Never seen a group where front desk is so arrogant, not interested in helping, and blatantly lie to cover their behaviors! Unfortunately the clinical staff isn’t much better- arrogant, total disregard for pets. Only interested in seeing as many pets as possible with the smallest amount of interactions with them! Just picked up my dog from Boca Veterinarian Clinic. I found the office to be warm and friendly. We had never boarded our dog before and it was a wonderful experience. They were amazing and Dr Riff was wonderful. I would trust my pet to them anytime. Dash & Mom

First and foremost when booking your boca veterinary clinic appointment over the phone, the receptionist doesn’t advise you that they aren’t allowing customers inside the office! However they do advise for an additional $70 charge for an emergency appointments with a 2 hour wait. Don’t book that type of appointment because you will be waiting the same amount of time without the additional cost.
