Bought a Groupon. Called once to ask questions before buying it, but it always went straight to answering machine. I figured they were busy with Groupon time. Purchased it and after 2 months, have been calling for the past 2 weeks to schedule an appointment and still no one ever answers. Goes straight to voicemail where they do not call you back. BEWARE
