Overpriced. They will ignore you once they get paid. They said they could come and seal any imperfections in the stone and they never did. I have a chip that is a tiny open hole on the countertop. They recommended to do an undermounted sink so the stone would be placed completely over the sink. That sounded nice but I told them I was worried while someone is washing dishes they might chip the stone since it is out in the open. They laughed and said I dont have to worry, that won't happen. We hired Boca Stone Design to complete our kitchen, 2 full baths, powder room, bar, and stair treads. Nelio and Daniel and their team were amazing - great attention to detail and customer service. Their work is impeccable and theybwere always available for questions and tweaking work where needed. My favorite is our hood above the cooktop - photo attached. Highly recommend.
