Never felt more unwelcome in my life. Staying short term for nursing contract. Caught a grounds employee cupping his hands on my window to look in. Constantly being harassed by Karens of the HOA. Get asked daily if I'm "supposed" to be here. Watched another employee scream and cuss out another resident for walking his dog? Power trip and money hungry HOA. Steer clear! Building is in poor shape. Clogged drains, loose banisters, damaged dock and so much more....
Beautiful condo community.
Very poor management company. We stayed there from 1/20-4/30 We did not have water one day when we woke up. Called the management company they stated that the water co was working on the lines and it would be about an hour. We waited 4 hours and nothing, I called back to say we walked around and don’t see anyone, they said well it will be on soon. This was 9:00am and at 4:30pm still no water. Called water department and the said they are not working on anything in the area. Called back management co and they would not let me... read more
