Beautiful condo community.
Very poor management company. We stayed there from 1/20-4/30 We did not have water one day when we woke up. Called the management company they stated that the water co was working on the lines and it would be about an hour. We waited 4 hours and nothing, I called back to say we walked around and don’t see anyone, they said well it will be on soon. This was 9:00am and at 4:30pm still no water. Called water department and the said they are not working on anything in the area. Called back management co and they would not let me... read more
Beautiful condominiums and friendly staff
I met the folks at Boca shores at a devistating time. 5-6 ft of flood waters during not one hurricane but two. the board members have certainly stepped up to serv the community and they have a daughting task of managing their budget and doing the best for their community. My hat goes off to the involvement of their board minding their community’s financial straits.
