I bought 2 scooters from Boca Scooters. Colton is the man. Hes always very friendly. Very helpful. Great discount. Great prices. Awesome customer service. With 2 scooters im here all the time. Never had a bad experience.
Boca Scooters do not deserve your business. Mechanics are incompetent and when you return a repair they become defensive and rude and openly hostile.
I shoped a number of different shops when I was in the market to buy a scooter and the one common dinoomentator I found from shop to shop was a horrible customer service and every shop just wanted to put me in a scooter that fit their needs and not mine. When I found Boca Scooters it couldn't of been more of the opposite experience. With an extensive selection of scooters and motorcycles plus a full service repair department with mechanics who know how to get the job done, Boca Scooters is exactly what I have been looking for........and they are a dealer, so they print license tags on the spot. While living in south Florida I met Colton and the guys at Boca Scooters, a great group of guys! Colton and his team know every aspect of scooters and motorcycles! When I had a problem or needed a part all I had to do was call and they had me taken care of! Colton's mechanic Sal is amazing!
