I recently attended the Annual Meeting of the Boca Royale Property Owners Association chaired by Rick Michaud POA General Manager for Castle Group and Doug Foote Board President. Greens are like an ice rink. Nothing is going to stick. Tough! However the rough is non existent. Many Interesting holes. Challenging if you’re not playing from the right tee box. Tons of water with active wildlife. Believe they remove the gators allowing for so many birds and turtles.

Right from our initial inquiry into Neal homes at Boca Royale in Wellen Park, working with Ryan Ahern, the Neal Communities Sales Representative, has been an excellent experience.
