This takes the cake for the absolute worst experience at an imaging center. I had a pre-op in the same building with my PC and the nurse told me to go downstairs and see if a walk-in was allowed for my X-ray chest PA/Lateral. I encountered Maroche, a check-in rep for the facility. She started out as a very kind and professional individual who unfortunately had no idea what she was talking about and very limited ability in terms of insurance verification. This place bills your insurance 5 times what any other imaging center does. They will bill you for everything over their negotiated rate with your insurance. Any other center bills 250-300 per test. This place bills over a thousand. Please beware. You will be over billed. I have reported this to insurance comision and they agreed and opened an investigation. Do not go here. I could of paid $238 in cash for an MRI. They of course did not disclose this. They billed my insurance almost $2,000. They were paid their negotiated ra... read more
