Complete and secure diagnosis of my condition. After I felt better and understood my body much better.
The office staff was very nice. Patty reviewed my history and took my vitals. Dr. Tellechea was very abrupt. She yelled at very question that I answered. I felt dismissed. I have never been treated this way. I hope her other patients aren’t treated this badly.
I am waiting to be called back to set up surgery. They called me twice but I was having phone problems, which has been resolved. I have called several times and have apologized. Nothing no call back.
Boca Office location is SUPERB! Everyone is always sweet & welcoming! Ms. Veronica keeps me laughing & smiling.
