I also had a bad experience with the front desk and with Dr. Saperstein when he misdiagnosed my wrist. I had surgery on my wrist in New York and came to him when I move to Florida and he was telling me everything is OK when it’s not I’m still having pain in my wrist and have to go back to my original surgeon because he couldn’t diagnose what the problem was

The person who answered for me to make an appointment was rude and hung up on me without giving me time to tell her that I still needed the appointment. Horrible service
