Dr. Eric Lloyd is a very gifted and talented Doctor. I wish him great success with his practice.
I’ve been asking for my records for over a week and no response. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Bronson and he spend 10 minutes with me, said I just needed PT. He was very kind but not thorough enough, no further imaging, just xrays. I’m seeking a second opinion with another office. I left messages with the office manager, no response. Won’t ever be going there again. Do not recommend.
You can never get anyone to answer the phone!
If you are a working person and need papers submitted by these Physicians to your insurance company for benefits, go elsewhere! The staff are uncooperative in filling out the paperwork you need so you get paid. The stress about getting paid is enough, but to have the people not care about it is over the top. Find another Doctor! Or better yet, have the doctors hire people who care.
