I used to be a happy patient but will need to go elsewhere due to their inefficient and apathetic handling of scheduling. When the scheduler finally called me 7 days after leaving messages (the only way of scheduling now), and I said it was too late as my insurance lapsed, there was no empathy. She made excuses "due to the call volume", and after telling me they were booked for a month, she just hung up on me (w/o letting me respond, and I was going to book it since I might have insurance again by that time). Outstanding dr. I had my full laparoscopic hysterectomy to remove cancerous tumors 2 weeks ago and I am doing well. No chemo needed! I feel very blessed to have Dr. Tangir as my gyn! Highly recommended!!!
