I have given this office many tries, over the span of 3 visits. From the start, they were unprepared with my insurance information, which caused unnecessary delays. I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time just to be seen. During my visit, the staff forgot to take the additional images needed for my Invisalign, meaning I had to come back again for something that should have been handled the first time.
